We offer a self check-in service here at Church Farm. Your key will be left in the accommodation from 4pm and we ask you to leave the key in the door on the day of your departure.

The minimum length of stay is 3 nights from a Friday to Monday or 4 nights from Monday to Friday.

We also offer 7 night breaks from either a Friday or Monday. (We do throughout times of the year offer 2 night breaks and 3 night mid week stays.)

We provide bed linen. We also provide one bath and hand towel per guest.

In the kitchens we provide coffee, tea and sugar to start you off. Washing up liquid, tea towels. A couple of dishwasher tablets are left in the lakeside lodges.

In the bathrooms we provide a toilet roll in each bathroom, hand soap, shower gel and bubble bath.

We have a selection of dvd’s and games to borrow.

Fishing is free for guests. The lakeside lodges have their own private fishing platform. Cottage guests are also welcome to use the fishing lake. Please note the minimum age to fish is 14years.

A welcome hamper is left with a few goodies. There are extra packages available to add on to you booking including robes, prosecco, champagne and chocolates.

FOR DOGS
We provide a warm water hose for washing your dog down, dog shampoo and dog towels. Dog bowls and field chukka/tennis balls.

We provide a stair gate in both cottages. We can provide a high chair and travel cot ( For infants up to 2 years) in either of the cottages upon prior request.

Please note guests are required to bring their own bedding for travel cots.

Gas, electric and heating are included in your stay.

The minimum age of at least one guest in your party must be 25 years.

We are a quiet park and welcome a group of up to 4 guests who simply want to relax and chill out with friends and family. It would not be appropriate for a large group to book multi lodges for a hen/stag party. 

We are very dog friendly here at Church Farm. We welcome up to 4 dogs in the cottages and 2 into the lodges, depending on their size and and the number of guests. Feel free to get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Please note we welcome dogs of 8 months old and over.

We don’t charge for dogs to stay. We do however support some brilliant local rescue charities and ask for a minimum donation of £5 per dog. This can be done at the time of booking.

We ask that dogs are never left unattended in the accommodations.

We welcome dogs to get up on a sofa if bringing throws, we do however ask that they don’t go onto the beds or bedding.

Please keep your dog on a lead on site and around the lake. We have a lovely 7 acre paddock (Fern Field) where you are welcome to let your dog’s off lead for dog zoomies!

Each accommodation has it’s own secure garden. This is where your dogs can be off lead, in the knowledge that they will be completely safe.

All fouling must be picked up and disposed of in the bins provided. There will be a charge for left waste.

Each accommodation has it’s own private hot tub.

There is a BBQ at all the properties, please feel free to bring some charcoal.

The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Wainfleet. A CO-OP mini market, open from 7am – 10pm 7 days a week. Skegness is the nearest large town and is less than 5 miles away. Here you will find a Tesco, M&S Food Hall, Morrison’s, Aldi and Lidl.

We are lucky enough to have a lovely selection of restaurants, cafe’s and takeaways. Please take a look on our home page at the ‘Our area’ page. We have highlighted those which are dog friendly.

We also provide a very informative guest folder in the accommodations. You can find recommended places to eat and visit during your stay.

The following shops offer a delivery to Church Farm. Tesco, Morrisons, Asda, Sainsburys.

Please make sure you choose a time for you to take delivery of any shopping.

St Finn’s and Seaglass are both stepless properties . All have easy access showers. Close drop off points and parking.

We advise guests to get in touch to discuss their mobility requirements prior to booking. We will be happy to help in any way we can.

Each accommodation has a hair dryer, iron and board.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all the accommodations. Guests may smoke in their patio or garden area but must use the ashtrays provided.

Any damaged to decking or the patio area caused by cigarettes will be charged for.

We can hold date for 48 hours, as long as it’s not within 6 weeks to the arrival date.

If your booking is further than 8 weeks away from the arrival date, you will be required to pay a £100 deposit and the balance will be due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If the booking is made within the 8 weeks to the arrival date, full payment will be required.

You may change your booking provided the change is made at least 8 weeks before the arrival date. You may only change your date once and this will be subject to availability and an amendment charge of £25 will be applicable. The new date must be taken with 8 weeks of the request and may involve a price increase. If the new date chosen is in a lower price band, no difference will be refunded.

We charge a £100 refundable security bond.

Yes, each of the four lakeside lodges have a private fishing peg off the main decked area. Cottage guests are welcome to use the pgs at the near end of the lake. Detailed information can be found on the fishing page. 

We ask guests to be mindful and respectful of others on site. We don’t have a restricted time for using the outside areas but do ask that noise is kept to a minimum after 10pm. Children are welcome to stay in any of the 2 bedroom accommodations, however we do ask that the lodge deckings are not used as a play area. The lake and it’s surroundings are a peaceful enviroment for guests to enjoy.
