The Conker Barn and Bumble Cottage sit within a beautiful barn conversion. These two bedroomed accommodations, with exposed brickwork, galleried bedrooms and open plan living really do have the wow factor. Both accommodations have a south facing patio with private hot tub and fully secure garden. Perfect for family getaways or romantic breaks.

We welcome families and couples, to stay in our 2 bedroom lodges. While our one bedroomed lakeside lodges have been designed with love in mind. Set around our fishing lake, with their own private fishing platform, they are situated with enough space to give peace and tranquillity.

Most of our properties are dog friendly and have their own completely private hot tubs and secure garden, with a minimum 5ft fence.

We welcome up to 4 dogs in Bumble Cottage and up to 3 dogs in the Conker Barn, although this depends on their size, the accommodation and the number of guests.

There are a variety of dog friendly eateries close by and an abundance of local attractions to suit every age. We are less than 5 miles from blue flag, dog friendly beaches and just a 10 minute drive to the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds.

A lovely collection or nearby towns host a variety of antique and quirky shops, park land and wooded areas.
